​• Marketing practices using social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc.

• Help organize company policies, operations, and employee handbook

• Brainstorming sessions will provide valuable insights into running a successful franchise

• Budgeting for franchise office and marketing costs

• Scriptwriting for social media material

• Writing blog articles

• Layout and design of e-commerce stores, corporate partnerships, and screenprinting

• Assist with apparel designs

• Assist the leadership with marketing campaigns

• Ground-floor understanding of a brand-new startup company in the Midwest

FLEXIBLE HOURS 

• Hours can be performed Monday thru Friday

• Number of hours vary based on time of year

LENGTH OF INTERNSHIP 

• Spring, Summer, and/or Fall Semesters

MONEY

• We can offer an hourly wage or internship credits

AFTER INTERNSHIP

• A successful internship can result in a job with Thunder Beach. We have locations in Kansas City, Omaha, and future expansion in one of our 12 targeted states (Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Arizona, Texas, Nevada, New Mexico).
